This place was stunning, quiet, and had a balcony, the food was fabulous, and the breakfast was enjoyable.

Fairly clean place with obliging staff members and garden views. Marvellous location close to the museum quarter and family atmosphere in the whole hotel. Relaxing base for exploring Utrecht.

The rooms are beautifully designed with balconies and stylish bathrooms, the location is fantastic and very cozy, surrounded by great bars and restaurants nearby.

The units at Boutique Hotel Zies are a nice size with a lovely historical charm. the staff are really helpful and are great at managing parking nearby. - the hotel's setting is ideal and stunning, located next to museums and the city center.

This hotel is simply amazing! The location is super convenient, just a short walk from the train station and surrounded by bars and restaurants. The rooms are beautifully decorated with a lovely balcony/outdoor area. The attached bar/restaurant is a wine lover's dream. The staff is friendly and helpful, even offering to carry our luggage upstairs. The room amenities, like the coffee machine and fresh fruit, were a nice touch. The bathroom was luxurious with a large bathtub and high-quality toiletries. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The location couldn't be better, close to shops, restaurants, and the canals. Highly recommended! The breakfast was delicious, with a generous selection of fresh fruit and vegan options. The hotel went above and beyond to cater to my dietary needs. The room was quiet and the bed was perfect for a restful sleep. It was a truly perfect stay.

The value for the money was excellent, with a beautifully decorated room, complete with a coffee machine and fresh fruit. The location was perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and the train station. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, even helping us with our suitcases.

The morning meal could be improved with more seating options, especially on chilly mornings when the balcony isn't ideal.
